Contra Costa Humane Society is excited to bring Walk for Paws to Pleasant Hill!

Join us on Sunday, August 30, 2026, for a fun-filled morning benefiting homeless animals throughout Contra Costa County. Walk for Paws brings together animal lovers, families, local businesses, and community supporters for a dog-friendly community walk and celebration.

Every registration helps support the lifesaving work of Contra Costa Humane Society, including medical care, foster programs, adoption services, and assistance for pets and the people who love them.

Whether you walk with your dog, your family, your friends, or simply in support of animals in need, you'll be helping create brighter futures for homeless pets in our community.

9:45 AM – 11:30 AM – Enjoy sponsor and community partner booths, the Pup Cup Station, photo opportunities, the Best Dressed Pup Contest, giveaways, and more.

11:30 AM – Event Concludes

Early Bird Registration (through June 30, 2026)
$35 per participant

Regular Registration (July 1 – August 29, 2026)
$45 per participant

Event Day Registration
$50 per participant

Fundraising
Participants are encouraged to create a personal fundraising page and invite friends, family, and colleagues to support homeless animals throughout Contra Costa County.

Every dollar raised helps provide medical care, adoption services, foster support, and other lifesaving programs for animals in need.
