M1LE Nation Challenge presented by Front Range Elite
Race Dates: May 30 - June 7, 2026
One mile. One nation. Your best time. We’re bringing runners together for a nationwide mile race, and there are two ways to cross the finish line.
Participate from your favorite local path by submitting your time between May 30 and June 7, or feel the energy of the crowd by joining our live race at the CSU Track on June 7, 2026
Team Competition- M1LE Nation
The four-person team event will be scored cross-country style. Each participant will run one mile, and the total time from all four runners will be added together- the lowest combined time wins! The team registration fee is one flat fee for the entire team, not per person.
1st- $600 prize purse split between top male/female team
2nd- Roll Recovery slides for each team member
In-Person options:
June 7th at the Colorado State University track. We will hit the track together to walk, run, or race, with on-site support to help you upload your results. Post race massage provided by Tikva Performance Massage. And yes, brunch is included!
*Note- Still bring something to record your mile time via Strava
Open Waves
9:30am - walking/jogging wave
10:00am - 9:30/mile or faster
10:15am- 8:30/mile or faster
10:30am - 7:30/mile or faster
Youth participants will start according to age group
10:45am - Elementary
11:15am- Middle
11:30- High School
Elite Waves
11:45am < 6:30/mile (Women)
Noon- < 5:15/mile (Men)

10-Week Training Program: Included in your race entry is a complimentary 10-week one-mile training program emailed directly to you.
Flexibility:
The virtual experience allows you to run your mile anywhere, anytime between May 30th and June 7th. Your local track, favorite trail, or your treadmill, the choice is yours!

Virtual Race Instructions
Please read and make sure you follow all instructions for your 1-mile virtual race time to count!
To be listed in the official results and be eligible for prizes you must use Strava
Record Your Run: Use Strava in race mode to record your mile (remember: plan your route ahead of time).
Did You Like Your Time?
- If so, then submit your results
- If not, DO NOT submit your results. Once you submit your results it is final, which means that if you plan to attempt the distance again, do not submit.
Submit Your Results: Once your run is completed, upload your results (time and Strava link).
Already submitted your results, but think you can do better? Just signup again! Repeat the steps above.

Random Prize Drawings- Not the fastest? No problem! Everyone has the opportunity to win a prize. After all other awards are distributed, participants will be selected at random! Stay tuned for more to come!

About Front Range Elite
Front Range Elite is an elite racing team in Fort Collins, Colorado founded in 2020. We aim to foster a supportive space where athletes can develop their potential as they pursue a running career, practicing and endorsing clean sport. We will do this while promoting enthusiasm for the sport and engaging in the community we love.
