Packet Pick Up will begin on race day at the NAAC at 7:15 AM.  There is no advanced packet pick up other than race morning.

8:10 KIDS FUN RUN Start

8:20 5k START

8:30 10k START

9:05 5k AWARDS

9:45 10k AWARDS

10:15 EXPO Closes

CASH PRIZE! The top 3 overall finishers will recieve a CASH PRIZE!

This race will be timed electronically based on GUN TIME.  Results will be posted online in real time at Webscorer.com/3WRaces

Top 3 men and women overall in each distance will be awarded a medal.  Additionally, the top three men and women in each age group in each distance will be awarded a medal.

Age groups:

5k: 12 and Under, 13-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

10k: 18 and Under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

There are two water stations on the 10k course and one on the 5k course.  Each water station will be seen twice by runners, as it is an out and back course for both distances.
