Get ready to rumble at the J-Town Jog 5K and Mile on Saturday, June 7, 2025, an annual family-friendly event to kick-off the Johnstown Barbeque Day! Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities will enjoy the scenic 5K route and 1 Mile routes through historic Johnstown Colorado, where they'll receive enthusiastic support from spectators along the parade route. After the races, stick around for post-run festivities including music, food, and entertainment for the whole family. Celebrate your achievements with delicious food from local vendors and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow participants. Whether you're aiming for a podium finish or just looking for a fun outdoor activity, this event is one you will not want to miss. Register before May 10th to receive a commemorative t-shirt and create lasting memories!

Important: Online registration is open and will close on Saturday, June 7th, 2025 at 7:15 AM (MST). In-Person registration will also be available on Friday, June 6th, 2025 from 5:00 - 7:30 PM (MST) or on Saturday, June 7th, 2025 from 6:30 - 7:15 AM (MST) at Parish Park (11 Raymond Place, Johnstown, CO 80534).

Timing & Awards
The J-Town Jog 5K will be chip timed by Rapid Results Timing. A chip will be attached to the back of your bib. Your time will begin when you cross the starting line and stop when you cross the finish line. Overall and age-division awards will be determined by chip time.
- Overall Awards will be given to the overall top 3 men and top 3 women.
- Age Division Awards will be given to the top 3 men and women in the following age-groups:
- [10 & below], [11-14], [15-19], [20-29], [30-39], [40-49], [50-59], [60-69], [70-79], & [80 & over]
The J-Town Jog Mile will be hand timed. Overall and age-division awards will be determined by clocked time at the finish line. All participants will receive a ribbon for completing the race.
- Overall Awards will be given to the overall top 3 boys and top 3 girls.
- Age Division Awards will be given to the top 3 boys and girls in the following age-groups: [6 & below], [7], [8], [9], [10], & [11]
