Got a silly sweater for your pup, or maybe some butterfly wings and a tiara? This is the event you've been waiting for! Come show off your dog and his costume! We'll have rewards for the silliest dog costume, the best matching costume (owner and pooch) and the dog who best impersonates a different animal!
The one mile fun run is designed for your dressed up companion and yourself, but you can run it solo as well. Dogs, however, may not run the course by themselves. The one mile run is not timed.
Ready for more of a distance challenge? Enter the 5k event (with or without a dog) and you'll compete in a run on Big Dry Creek Trail featuring concrete and crushed gravel trails with relatively flat elevations. The 5k distance is electronically timed and awards will be given to the top three men and women overall and in each age group.
