SWIM COURSE
The swim is a 1500m course in the clean, clear waters of West Hill Lake, which has one of the highest water ratings in the state.
In-water wave starts for men, women, and relay teams.
You will complete the course once, a short run along the beach and back in for the second loop.
Wetsuit legal but not required.
We do allow personal swim buoys for your own comfort. We ask that you would begin at the back of the back so as to not interfere with other racers.
Bring your shoes because there is a 1/4 mile uphill run to the bike transition!
NO cut-off time!
BIKE COURSE
Bike a beautiful loop course along back roads and wide-shouldered main roads with a screaming downhill at the start and a rather painful uphill at the end.
In between, the course rolls without any major up or downhills. The course measures 24.8 miles.
There is no aid station on the bike course. One station in transition stocked with Hammer Nutrition products and water.
NO cut-off time!
Participants in the AquaBike competition will complete the event after the bike.
RUN COURSE
The 10K run course takes place completely in a rural neighborhood on quiet, well-shaded, rolling streets.
Fully stocked aid stations at every mile marker on the course with Hammer Nutrition products and more.
