Description
It's simple ... predict your one-mile pace and then run that mile (4 laps) on the track WITHOUT your tech (phone, watch, etc.). How close to your predicted time will you be? We will time you - results will be posted in order of the difference between your prediction and actual (across all waves)
This will be a no-frills event, but we will have water and snacks. Consider this a donation - everything is going to the American Cancer Society.

WHERE: South Windsor High School Track - 161 Nevers Road, South Windsor, CT 06074
WHEN: 10am or 11am - choose your time (earlier wave can be added if enough interest)
