Amid serious public health concerns, the Corbett Memorial Fund has decided to cancel the 5th Annual Chris Corbett 5K, scheduled for April 4. For those who have already registered to run or walk, you will have the option to obtain a refund, or convert your registration fee into a donation to the Fund.
The cancellation will not cause any disruption to the Fund's scholarship program, and scholarships for the 20-21 school year will still be awarded.
We truly appreciate the time and effort of our race volunteers and the generous support of our sponsors. We look forward to seeing lots of you running and walking with us next year!

The 2020 5K event is cancelled in accordance with social distancing and large gathering protocols.
We will contact everyone who is currently registered over the next week to discuss refund policies. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The Chris Corbett 5K Race has been organized as a tribute to Chris' love of running and to carry on his support of Greater Waterbury Catholic schools and their students.
Runners and walkers with strollers are welcome.
Online registration is OPEN until 11:59PM on Thursday April 2, 2020. Race-day registration will also be available onsite on race morning, beginning at 7:00AM, at a higher cost.
Optional early race bib & shirt pick up will be available so you can skip the lines on race morning, but ONLY to those who register BEFORE noon on Wednesday April 2. Early Pick Up Times & Locations TBD.
Additional race-day details will be emailed to all registered runners a few days before the race. In the meantime, if you have questions you can email races@waterburyymca.org.
