Description

This Fall, partake in a race series where the goal is to improve your 1-mile time over the course of five weeks in the month of November. Each week will feature a different track around the state of Connecticut. Races will be timed and results posted to the Facebook group and on RunSignup.com

11/2 (Week 1) - Winchester, Northwest Regional High School (Early Start 9:30AM, Late Start 10:00AM); 11/10 (Week 2) - North Branford, North Branford High School (Early Start 11:30AM, Late Start 12:00PM); 11/17 (Week 3) - Wilton*, Wilton High School (Early Start 1:00PM, Late Start 1:30PM); 11/24 (Week 4) - Salem, Salem Elementary School (Early Start 12:00PM, Late Start 12:30PM); 11/30 (Week 5) Woodbury, Nonnewaug High School (Early Start 12:00PM, Late Start 12:30PM). PLEASE NOTE: The location address listed is for the first race only - please follow the above schedule to ensure you are going to the right location.

There are two registration options - the whole series, or each individual race.  THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Each week there will be two 1-mile races. Signing up for the series signs you up either for the early wave or later wave.

All net proceeds after race expenses will be funds raised for The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp in Ashford, CT. If you are unfamiliar with the organization I recommend going to their website - it is truly a remarkable organization!

If anyone is interested in volunteering for any week for one or both of the mile runs, please reach out!

Water will be provided post race. Bathroom facilities will be dependent on if the track has an available facility to the public.
