Join Soul n Body for our first-ever race. This event blends movement, mindfulness, and community to support endometriosis research.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or tackling your first race, this is your chance to challenge yourself while giving back. Bring the family to enjoy a scenic, energizing course and post-race recovery yoga all while the turkey is in the oven! Furry friends are welcomed!

Race Day Highlights:
- Race Start: 7:30AM – please arrive early to check in and pick up your packet 7:00AM.
- 3.5mile Trail Run/Walk on the Mill Pond Trail that surrounds the Scoville Reservoir.
- Free water and light snacks provided by our amazing volunteers
- Pre-race stretch at starting line and post-race yoga at Soul n Body
- Finisher medals, swag bags, and giveaways for all registered participants.
- Donation proceeds benefit the Endometriosis Foundation of America (EndoFound)
- The race will be timed with results posted!
