Can someone else pick up my packet?
Yes, a friend or family member can pickup your packet for you if you give them permission. We do NOT require any proof of permission.

Are there pace requirements for the event?
A 16 minute per mile pace is required for the 4.5 mile. If you are unable to maintain the 16 minute per mile pace, you will be asked to move to the sidewalk and continue at your own risk.

May I get a refund for my entry?
Unfortunately no, all registrations are final and non-refundable.

May I switch between the 4.5 mile and 1.5 mile distance?
Yes. If you would like to change distances, please contact our Registration Coordinator at Jason@TuxBro.com.

Can I bring my dog?
No, we do not allow participants to bring dogs.

Are strollers allowed?
Yes, strollers are welcome at this event. Please line up toward the back as you begin.

What is the start time?
The 4.5 mile starts at 8:00am and the 1.5 mile starts at 8:05am.

Do all finishers receive a medal?
Yes, all finishers will receive a finisher medal.

Will there be Age-group awards?
Age-group awards will be given in the following increments to the Top 3 per age-group in the 4.5 mile: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

Will there be an award ceremony?
Yes, there will be an awards ceremony at 9:30am. Awards will be given out to our top 3 overall men/women, and the top 3 men women in our age-groups. AGE-GROUP AWARDS WILL NOT BE MAILED.

Can I sign up on race day?
Yes, race day sign up will be from 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM

Will there be a gear check?
No, there is no gear check area at the race.

Where can I park on race day?
Convenient, nearby parking will be available on raceday.

Where are restrooms located at on raceday?
Portable toilets will be available near the start/finish line.

May I transfer my registration to another person?
You may transfer your entry to next year or to another participant. A transfer fee will be due upon time of the new registration. ($10 through June 28, and $15 during raceweek). If you would like to transfer your entry, email Jason Springer at Jason@TuxBro.com
