INFORMATION
Rock the Parkway is back and 2027 is bringing a whole new look! ⚡️
Get ready to ROCK THE PARKWAY in 2027! Kansas City’s biggest half marathon is getting a fresh new look while keeping everything you love about this iconic race.
Take on the Half Marathon or 5K as you race along the legendary Ward Parkway, with both courses starting and finishing in front of the world headquarters of our host, Burns & McDonnell.
The Half Marathon kicks things off first, followed by the 5K, giving each race its own moment to rock the Parkway.

OUR HOSTS
We’re incredibly grateful to have Burns & McDonnell as our host and partner for Rock the Parkway, a partnership that has been part of this race from the very beginning!
From hosting race day to providing scores of amazing volunteers, their support helps make Rock the Parkway possible year after year.
We’re excited to have them back for 2027 and can’t wait to rock the Parkway together!
CHARITY PARTNER
We invite you to join our community of champions to make an impact for the kids in our region. Your gift fuels the potential of thousands of children each year through cutting-edge research, world-class care and more. By fundraising for Team Children's Mercy, you can take your impact even further!
FINISHERS MEDALS & AWARDS
Cross the finish line and celebrate with a high-quality finisher medal for both the Half Marathon and 5K!
