Description

The 11th Annual 3.21 Run for Down Syndrome will offer a hybrid event!  This hybrid event includes 2 LIVE events on Saturday 3/30/24 along with a virtual race from March 21st, World Down Syndrome Day, through March 31st, 2024 to raise awareness for Down syndrome and important funds to support the EPDSC.  This one-of-a-kind run was specially mapped at 3.21 miles to represent the 3 copies of the 21st chromosome that causes Down syndrome.

There are three options to choose from for registration: Timed Run/Walk, Un-timed Run/Walk, or Virtual.

Not sure you can make the live event on March 30th? Get the full experience virtually! Enjoy flexible participation, a free t-shirt, and all the event highlights from the comfort of your own home. It’s not your typical 5K, it has just a little bit extra to make it special.  The world is your course. The 3.21 Run can be done any place and at any pace!

Gear up for the 3.21 Run with a 21-day funfest: Get moving, get inspired, and celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness – all before the big day! Join our 21 day movement challenge as we lead up to the celebration of World Down Syndrome Day. https://www.epdsc.net/21daychallenge/
