Get ready to feel the rush!

The Adrenaline Rush 5K is back for its third year, and we’re making this one our biggest yet! Join runners, walkers, families, friends, and supporters at Fletcher’s Cove Boathouse in Washington, D.C. for an exciting 5K along the water — all while supporting adrenal cancer research. Participants can choose which institution they want their team's donations to go to!

Run for a personal best, walk with your crew, or simply come out and enjoy the energy of race day. The Adrenaline Rush 5K is for everyone, and every participant helps us build a stronger community around an important cause.

This year, Blue Cheetah Sports Timing will professionally time the race, so bring your competitive spirit! Every participant will earn a finisher medal, and first-place medals will be awarded by age group to in-person participants.

We are also happy to announce the team leader who raises the most money will get a free SUITE for ACC Warrior Weekend 2026 at Le Meridian Hotel (where all events will be held).
