We have some disappointing news. The Jingle 5K scheduled on Sunday, December 13, 2026 is cancelled.
The National Park Service has announced that, starting November 15, it will close East Potomac Park south of Buckeye Drive. That includes Ohio Drive and the Hains Point loop where our course runs. We looked into our options, but there's no way to hold the race there safely or with the required access, so we've made the difficult decision to cancel.
Registrants will receive a direct email indicating a full refund. Your refund will be credited back to the same card or account you used to register. If you do not receive your refund by November 9, 2026, please email events@runpacers.com.
Thank you for signing up and being part of our Jingle 5K community. We wish you and your loved ones a happy holiday season and we hope to see you at the starting line soon.
