At the direction of the National Park Service and local authorities amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we are saddened to announce the cancellation of the 2020 MANNA 5K. We take the safety of our supporters, staff and community seriously and we encourage everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at the 2021 MANNA 5K, where we will celebrate affordable homeownership in Washington DC.

You're invited to the 22nd Annual MANNA 5K Race for Affordable Housing!

On Saturday, May 2nd at 8:00 AM, we will be celebrating our 22nd Annual MANNA 5K Race for Affordable Housing at Hains Point at East Potomac Park (address is 972 Ohio Dr SW). Our goal is to raise money and awareness for affordable housing in the District. Please come and support affordable housing in DC while enjoying the beautiful East Potomac Park, getting some exercise, and meeting fellow supporters of MANNA.

The pet- and stroller-friendly 5K will cover an out-and-back route overlooking the Potomac River through Hains Point. The trail is flat and will feature a water station on the course and one at the start/finish.

Event Schedule:

7:30 AM - Check-in and Registration Opens

8:00 AM - Pre-Race Announcements and Stretch

8:15 AM - 5K Race Start

Award ceremony and event conclusion following the race.

*The event will take place rain or shine*

Packet Pickup: Runners can pick up their race packets beginning at 7:30 AM on race day.

Registration:

Early Bird Individual (before 4/17) - $35

Individual Registration (after 4/18) - $40

Team Registration - $30/person

Fundraiser Registration - free entry for fundraisers who raise at least $300

Children under 12 (and pets!) will be free and will not need to register for the event. Note: children under 12 will not receive a free race t-shirt. If a registrant wishes to purchase a t-shirt, they may do so at our event store.

Donate/Fundraise: Get your family, neighbors, friends, and co-workers to sponsor you with a tax-deductible donation.

Donation Levels:

Gold ($1,000): you will be featured on the race shirt, MANNA website, RunSignup page, 5K emails, 5K flyer, and receive five complimentary 5K registrations

Silver ($500): you will be featured on the MANNA website, RunSignup page, 5K emails, 5K flyer, and receive two complimentary 5K registrations

Bronze ($250): you will be featured on the RunSignup page and 5K flyer

Public Transportation: Nearest metro station is Smithsonian (Blue/Orange/Silver Lines)

Parking: There are parking spots available at East Potomac Park in lots A, B, & C on Ohio Drive or on the southside of Ohio Drive (along the golf course side before the golf course entrance) in legal parking spaces.
