CrossFit Dover 5K Run - Walk - Brew & Fitness Challenge 1.5 Mile Run

When: Wednesday, May 26, 2021, 6 P.M. Rain or Shine. Crossfit Kids Run (10 & under) starts at 5:55 P.M.

Where: Crossfit Dover, 155 Commerce Way, Suite L, Dover, DE. Registration opens at 5 P.M.

Fitness 1.5 Challenge: This event will consist of bodyweight movements and a few other odd elements to test your fitness during the 1.5-mile run. Contact George for event movement plan. You must register for this event by Thursday, May 20. No late or day of registrations for this event will be accepted!

Awards: 5K run awards to overall and master’s male and female winners, top 3 male & female runners in 10-year age groups. 5K walk awards to top 5 male/female finishers. Fitness Challenge awards to overall male/female, master’s male/female (40+), and the next
3 male/female finishers. Ribbons to all Crossfit Kids Run participants.

Soles4Souls: Please donate your unwanted workout shoes to Soles4Souls. They turn unwanted shoes into opportunity, by keeping them from going to waste and putting them to good use - providing relief, creating jobs and empowering people to break the cycle of
poverty. CrossFit Dover is proud to support Soles4Souls in conjunction with Avery Bonner.
