4th MAGGIE's MILE Run/Walk

WEATHER UPDATE

AFTER SPEAKING WITH SEVERAL EMERGENCY PERSONNEL FOLKS FROM SUSSEX COUNTY, I MADE THE DECISION TO PUSH THE MAGGIE MILE BACK TO SATURDAY EVENING AT 7 PM AT CAPE HIGH SCHOOL IN LEWES.    GIVEN THIS STORM AN EXTRA 24 HOURS TO GET BY US IS THE SAFEST THING TO DO.   I apologize for any inconvenience and I hope to see folks on Saturday night for a 7 pm Start.

DESCRIPTION

• Join the Seashore Striders as we bring back the popular 90's event- the mile.   We will be on the track this time at Legends Field at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes running & walking in memory of our angel Maggie Browne.  We hope to come together for some great Maggie Miles and raise money to continue the Maggie Browne Track & Field Scholarship.

• $22.00 "EARLY BIRD" Race Registration through Sunday, August 4, 2024
• $25.00 "RACE WEEK" Race Registration through Friday, August 9th at 4 pm

• Finish line produced by “Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc.,” Post-Race awards ceremony within 20 minutes following the final finisher, custom Maggie Sling Bags, custom awards, post-race refreshments at the track.

REFUNDS/DEFERRAL  

• The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options:  1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year.   2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event or to the Seashore Strider Youth Running program.  3. Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event.  Thank You for your cooperation & understanding as some situations are beyond the control of the Seashore Striders.
