Day of Packet Pick Up will be located at the Deer Park Tavern from 7:00am till 7:45am.

Half Marathon and 10K start at 8:00am sharp.

Post Race Celebration - Deer Park Tavern

10am till 12:30pm

GEAR CHECK

Need to check any gear in the morning?

Fusion Racing will have a gear check set up at the Deer Park Tavern starting at 7am.

All items will need to be able to fit inside a normal sized grocery bag that we will be providing.

All bags will need to be picked up by 12pm at the latest.

*Fusion Racing is not responsible for any gear left at the gear check station.

Water Stations

There will be three stations on the course.

Two of the stations you will be able to stop at twice.

Station #1 and #5 are located on Devon Dr. and Bradford Lane.

Station #2 and #4 are located on Apple & Sunset Road.

Station #3 is at the turn around point on Barksdale Road.

Porta Pots

Locations of porta pots.

1. Deer Park Tavern - Check in and Post Race Party.

2. Around Mile 2.5 when you come off the James Hall Trail and turn onto Devon. You will be able to hit this location again around Mile 10.5.

3. Around Mile 4.5 on Apple Road. You will be able to hit this location again around Mile 9.

4. At the turn around on Barksdale Road.

What is the course time limit?

The course has a cut off time of 3.5 hours.

There will be a sweeper walking the course to maintain this pace. If they happen to pass you, they will ask you to move to the sidewalks for your safety as we have to relieve the police and volunteers at 3.5 hours.
