Never Forget 5K

As of Friday 5/21 at 8am we will be following the State of Delaware and CDC guidance which advises that fully vaccinated people can stop distancing and wearing masks in most places indoors and outdoors. Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated individuals are recommended to continue wearing a masks in public settings and around those who live outside of their household.

Runners will receive:
- Post Race Drink & Snacks
- Finisher Medal
- Pint Glass

Friday September 11th from 5:30pm till 6:25pm at Canal Little League.
5K Start Time 6:30pm.

Top 3 in each age group Male/Female
9 and under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Friends of Fusion Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides immediate assistance and support for children and first responders in the state of Delaware. They also support organizations which provide support to the same population.
*Children must be under the age of 18

What is a virtual 5K?
A virtual 5K is a race you can run or walk anytime and anywhere you like.  
How do I post my results for the 5K?
From now until Friday September 11th you can submit your official time.
Click the results page HERE.
Click the Submit Virtual Results button on the right side.
Provide your information.
Submit your time.
*Remember this is on the honor system.
 
Will my results count for age group awards?
Your virtual results do not count towards age group awards.  However you can print off a finishers certificate online.
 
You can pick up your SWAG at no charge at Captain Blue Hens on Main Street.  SWAG pick up dates are Wednesday September 15th until September 29th.  Please go to their FB PAGE for hours and directions.
