The Seashore Striders are rolling out their 2022 race events and continue to work with the Delaware Public Health on following the Covid Guidelines for the State of Delaware (currently unlimited). We are assuming that, and are hopeful, that these events will all be live events. If any of the Seashore Strider events of 2022 are forced to drop the live option, we will continue offering the virtual event and will add the Seashore Strider Covid Safety Plan to this website and follow our Covid Plan.

PACKET PICKUP
PACKET PICKUP FOR THE FIRECRACKER 5K ON SATURDAY WILL BE ON FRIDAY JULY 1ST AT THE NEW BALANCE STORE FROM 4-6 PM. NEW BALANCE IS LOCATED ON RT ONE ON THE RIGHT SIDE JUST BEFORE THE HAMPTON INN AND RT 24.
PICK UP YOUR PACKET AND THEN HEAD RIGHT TO THE STARTING LINE AT THE GROVE PARK. PARKING WILL BE ON REHOBOTH AVENUE WITH A SHORT WALK TO THE PARK.

DESCRIPTION
Join the Seashore Striders for one of the oldest 5k races in "the national Summer Capital" Rehoboth Beach. The 32nd Fathers Day 5k. The 5th event in the popular Seashore Strider Championship Series, this year's 32nd Firecracker 5k will be held "live". The Firecracker 5k is a great event raising money every year for local charities or individuals/familes in need.
Due to the Coronavirus restrictions, be aware that the "live" option is subject to change.

REFUNDS/DEFERRAL
The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options: 1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year. 2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event or to the Seashore Strider Youth Running program. 3. Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event. Thank You for your cooperation & understanding as some situations are beyond the control of the Seashore Striders.
