PRE-RACE PACKET PICKUP Saturday, July 1st from 12 pm - 2 pm at the Grove Park located just over the drawbridge on the left heading into Rehoboth Beach.
NAME: 32nd Dave Reynolds Biathlon, 2-person Relay & Kid's Mini Biathlon
NEW & Continued in 2023- . A New Youth Biathlon for kid's 12 & under will be held just before the main event. We will gather the kid's on the beach at Baltimore Ave. at 7:15 am for a 7:20 am start. The kid's will go approx. 100 yds in the water (50yd out & 50yd back) followed by a 400 yd beach run (200yd out & 200 yd back). There will be no entry fee for this event, however the athletes must still register online. No t-shirts, but medals to all finishers. Deadline for registration will be Sat. July 1st at 2 pm...(close of packet pick-up)
RACE TIME: 8 a.m. start ... The traditional walk to the start will begin at 7:45 a.m. following a mandatory athletes meeting on the boardwalk at 7:30 a.m.

RACE COURSE: 1/2 mile Ocean swim with the current followed by an out & back run to North Shores & back.
RACE TIMING: Seashore Strider Event Production will chip time the event using the Chronotrack chip timing system.
RACE AMENITIES: Custom printed sleeveless T-Shirt

2 Male, 2 Female, 2 Co-Ed, 2 Youth (both athletes must be 13U to qualify for Youth)

AWARDS: Custom awards will be presented to the Overall, Master, and the top three finishers in the following age groups for each event:

REFUNDS/DEFERRAL: The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options: 1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year. 2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event or to the Seashore Strider Youth Running program. 3. Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event. Thank You for your cooperation & understanding as some situations are beyond the control of the Seashore Striders with expenses that are ordered well in advance to pay for the event.
