Thank you for being a valued sponsor or vendor of the Black Knight DONNA Mother's Day 5K signature event. If your organization has opted to activate in person on Saturday, May 13 – we can’t wait to see you! Please find below important details:

Event Details

• Location: Black Knight Corporate Headquarters in Riverside: 601 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32204
• Sponsor/Vendor Load-in: Friday, May 12, 2023, 3-7 P.M.
• Race Day: Saturday, May 13, 2023 | Open: 6:30 A.M. for packet pick-up | Race: 8:00 - approx 11:00 A.M.

Parking for Sponsors and Vendors

On Friday for load-in and Saturday for the event, sponsors and vendors should park in the Staff and Vendor parking area in Black Knight's parking lot, denoted in yellow on the activation map available for download below. This parking area will close at 6:30 AM race morning. Free, race day parking is available from the Fidelity National Financial Garage May Street entrance with a pass.

Map and Setup/Load-in/Strike Instructions

Please see event map linked here or available for download below for your activation space location; this map is subject to change.  Our team will be on site to confirm your location during load-in, or assign your location if currently unassigned. We strongly encourage all sponsors and vendors to load-in on Friday, May 12 between 3-7 p.m.  The morning of the event will be extremely busy and difficult to navigate with race items and road closures. Let us know when you arrive and we can greet you. Security will be present overnight to watch items. Unless you have been working with our team on special load-in details (food, beverage, etc.) feel free to load in based on details provided here.   

• Set: Friday, May 12 (by 7 P.M.) or, Saturday May 13 (by 6:30 A.M. - you will have access to event space at 6:00 A.M.). Access to the sponsor parking lot will close at 6:30 A.M. the day of the race.  Please note, participants will arrive early for the event and packet pick-up.
• Instructions: You are provided a space to activate. Please plan to bring any materials you need (tent, table, chairs, promo items, snacks, colleague to help you, etc.). Tents must be weighted down. Security will be provided beginning May 12 at 7 P.M. through May 13 at 11 A.M.
• Strike: immediately following the event (approx. 11:00 A.M. on Sat.); please do not break down early.
