• 6- 12yrs running (1Mile) 8.30am (NOTE 1 MILE ONLY!)
• 13yrs & over running (5K) 9.00am
• All Walkers (5K) 8.30am

PRIZE CATEGORIES:

1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes

Junior Runners 1 Mile

Girls/Boys 6-7, 8-12 (No under 6yrs)

Adult Runners 5K

Women/Men; 13-18, 19-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ 

Walkers: MUST WALK ONLY

No running allowed at any time in this category

Race Day Sunday numbers will be available from 7:30 onwards until the start of each event.

LATE Entries will be accepted race morning.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR SAFETY REASONS AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE BNAA, STROLLERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED IN THE NON-COMPETITIVE WALK
