This Thanksgiving, I&#39;m joining thousands of neighbors and trotting the 25th Annual Loveland Turkey Trot 5K to support BridgeWell Foundation of Northern Colorado — and I&#39;d love your help!
BridgeWell Foundation bridges critical gaps in health and wellness for our neighbors right here in Larimer and Weld Counties. They provide direct financial assistance for medical, dental, and mental health needs, support cancer patients with the costs of care, provide crisis health support for those with nowhere else to turn, support veterans programs, and offer healthcare education scholarships for Northern Colorado residents pursuing careers in health and wellness. For many people in our community, access to care feels out of reach — BridgeWell helps make it possible.
