Miles for Smiles 5K

Two Angels Foundation, Inc., was organized in memory of Allyson and Rachel Mohatt . Both girls were diagnosed with a rare form of muscular dystrophy called Nemaline Myopathy, which ultimately took their lives when they were just five years old. Making the girls' lives as normal possible was their family's primary goal and because of the degenerative nature of the disease, that meant providing them with adaptive equipment so they could attend school and play with others. Obtaining adaptive equipment can be a significant financial burden that, in many cases, is not covered by insurance. Two Angels Foundation helps families in need purchase adaptive equipment for home and school thus facilitating a more active life for children with special needs.
