Sponsorship Opportunities:
We offer various sponsorship levels, each with unique benefits, including recognition in our event program, signage at the 5K, and promotional opportunities through our school’s communications.


Donation Contributions:
Donations, whether in the form of goods, services, or gift certificates for our raffle baskets, are invaluable to our fundraising efforts. Your generosity will help us reach our goals and continue our mission to provide an exceptional educational experience.

Sponsorship Options:

Bald Eagle Title Sponsor: Sleeve Logo (only 2 slots available):  $2,000

  • One color name or logo in large print on one sleeve of the race t-shirt
  • Your business name or logo on start and finish line banners
  • Acknowledgement of your Bald Eagle Title Sponsorship in the church bulletin and on the school website
  • Three free race registrations
  • Prime placement if choose to set-up company informational table

Golden Eagle Sponsor: $1,000

  • One color name or logo in large print on the back of the race t-shirt
  • Your business name or logo on start and finish line banners
  • Acknowledgement of your Golden Eagle Sponsorship in the church bulletin and on the school website
  • Two free race registrations
  • May set-up company informational table at the race

Summit Sponsor: $500

  • B&W name or logo in medium print on the back of the race t-shirt
  • Your business name or logo on mile marker or water stop signage throughout race
  • Acknowledgement of your Summit Sponsorship in the church bulletin and on the school website
  • One free race registration
  • May set-up company informational table at the race

Wingman Sponsor: $250

  • B&W name or logo in medium print on the back of the race t-shirt
  • Your business name or logo on mile marker or water stop signage throughout race
  • Acknowledgement of your Wingman Sponsorship in the church bulletin and on the school website

Nest Supporter: $100

  • Acknowledgement of your Nest Supporter Sponsorship in the church bulletin and on the school website

 

If you do not want to be a sponsor but still would like to support Saint John School, you can make a monetary donation.  We also welcome food donations for our race participants or gift cards to be used as runner prizes.  All donors recognized on race day!
