In addition to race participation, there are FOUR sponsorship options available:
Event Spectator - $20.oo per participant. This is perfect for those who want to be a part of the fun but are not able to walk or run the course. All spectators will receive a race shirt and are invited to the post race party to enjoy the live music and chili cookoff.
Platinum Level - $400 cash donation. All platinum sponsors receive 2 complimentary entries to the race, prominent placement on the race t-shirt & banner, promotion on social media pages throughout the community and within the club's member communications. Platinum sponsors also have the ability to add something to the race swag bag and can setup on site the day of the race to sell their goods and/or promote their business. Platinum sponsors will be promoted at BOTH the Nov 2023 Turkey Trot Waddle & 5k AND the Feb 2024 IOW Heart 5k.
ONE donation = TWO Sponsorships & Double the exposure!!!
Gold Level - $250 cash donation. The gold level sponsors receive 2 complimentary entries into the race, placement on the race t-shirt and banner, promotion on social media pages throughout the community and within the club's membership communication and can add something to the swag bag.
Friends of IOW - $100 cash donation - The Friends sponsorship is perfect for residents and individuals who know what it takes to run our club and want to give a little more to the cause. It includes one entry to the race and the option to be added to the race t-shirt & banner if they'd like.

Sponsors are welcome at anytime prior to the race, but the earlier the commitment, the more we can promote your business in the weeks leading up to the race!
Platinum, Gold & Friends Sponsors will be contacted once sponsorship payment is received to get the name of the race participants, their shirt sizes and the logo to be used for event marketing.
Donations of all sizes are welcome and appreciated. Platinum, Gold & Friends level sponsorship donations include the benefits as outlined above.
