Dear DDI Supporter:
We are organizing our Annual “Sweet Soles” Diabetes Run/Walk to raise funds to support our diabetes awareness and prevention efforts in the community. 100% of contributions received go directly to programming and outreach since we are a completely volunteer-run organization. I have personally seen the detrimental effects that this condition can have on the lives of the person and their families, while at the same time, seeing the great impact our efforts have had on helping to improve the quality of life of these individuals.
The Annual “Sweet Soles” Diabetes Run/Walk will be held on November 30th 2019 at 9am on the Upson-Lee High School Campus in Thomaston, GA. Please consider becoming a sponsor to help support our event. As a donor or sponsor, you will have the opportunity to increase your exposure in the community and demonstrate your role as a good neighbor. Generate enthusiasm for your support by encouraging your employees and their families to get involved!
Diabetes touches so many people in our community and the Sweet Soles – Diabetes Run/Walk is a great way to help fight this preventable and treatable condition. We hope that we can count on your support to our cause.
Donations to Dissipating Disparities, Inc. are tax deductible to the extent that the law allows.
Thank you in advance for joining in the fight against diabetes and supporting our fundraising event. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Hope to see you there!
Carlisha and Team DDI
