This year's race's focus shifts from the Cape Carteret Trail to helping communities in Western North Carolina rebuild after significant losses. The Turkey Trot, sponsored by The GYM @ Cape Carteret and supported by local businesses, is more than just a race—it's an opportunity to extend help across the state and give back to neighbors in need.
