East Hampton Volunteer Ocean Rescue (EHVOR) is funded primarily by Town and Village of East Hampton budget lines, with additional support, by request, provided by the Hampton Lifeguard Association (HLA).
The HLA, a 501(c)3 charitable organization whose mission is to “waterproof the East End of Long Island,” supports EHVOR equipment upgrades and supplemental costs associated with extensive membership training. Funds raised at this event will be designated by the HLA toward EHVOR assistance.
