Our friend Dave McDonald was a bright light in our community—radiating warmth, positivity, and genuine kindness to everyone he met. He was a father, a talented musician, a runner, a giver, and a true friend. Fitness and music were two of his greatest passions, and we honor his spirit each year by hosting this community-driven charity 5K in his memory.
This year’s beneficiary is the Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey of mental health and addiction recovery. Led by trained peer specialists who have walked the path themselves, MHA provides guidance, advocacy, and a compassionate community to help people access essential resources and navigate the challenges of recovery.
