David Zid expands the fight for brain health “All Together Now” – the Movin’ It! 5k RunWalk Parkinson’s Disease benefit now includes the Alzheimer’s (AD) and MS communities. Total HealthWorks is expanding its programs to improve brain health, serve more people living with neurodegenerative conditions, and grow our facility. This year's event raises money to help our Total HealthWorks gym with growth, equipment, and updates so we can start more classes and help those afflicted with PD, AD, and MS.

Please consider making a donation beyond the registration fee to help our Total HealthWorks’ facelift. Please join us at beautiful Genoa Park (COSI) on Sunday, November 2, 2025, as we work “All Together Now” to improve brain health and fight neurologic disease.
