Founded in 1883, Columbus Humane’s mission is to fight animal cruelty, help animals in need, and advocate for their well-being. As a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Columbus Humane serves as the principal law enforcement agency investigating and preventing animal cruelty, neglect, and abandonment in Franklin County.
- $500 staffs the Cruelty Investigations Department for one day.
- $250 provides a month of food and boarding for 5 cats.
- $100 will spay and neuter 3 animals.
- $50 provides vaccinations for 10 animals.
