The North Strabane Township Fire Department was organized in 1967and under the command of Fire Chief Mark Grimm the department operates as a combination department that is comprised of 16 career firefighters and 30 volunteer members.
Our department stands ready to provide service to the residents with 24/7 fire and Emergency Management System (EMS) services. Training is conducted on Monday evenings throughout the year as well as a scheduled weekend training session. The Fire Department strongly supports and is active in fire prevention and has received various awards through the State of Pennsylvania for fire prevention.
