The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is firm in its mission – finding a cure for all people with CF. A portion of the 2026 Conneaut Lake Triathlon proceeds will go directly to the CFF, to help support many, including a local family with two children suffering from CF. Thank you for your donations!
