The Run for the Titan Trail 5k is a fundraiser to help fund the cost of a year-end reading incentive trip to Millvale Riverfront Park and Three Rivers Heritage Trail for Shaler Area Elementary School students. Free voluntary reading in our school has increased exponentially since the creation of Blazing a Titan Trail: A Reading Adventure.  Students strive to read 18 books throughout the school year to attend the trip.
