Neighbors Helping Neighbors Fall 5k

Neighbors Helping Neighbors of Amherst County, Inc (NHN) where our primary focus is to assist individuals in overcoming food insecurity by providing nutritious meals through food kitchens and selective shopping Food Warehouse. On May 5th, 2016, we started serving nutritious lunch meals to anyone who has a need for a meal that day during lunchtime. NHN Volunteers prep and serve lunches twice a week.

We have expanded to two serving days (Wednesday & Thursday) as well as opening our Food Warehouse. We have served over 5,000 guests in our Food Kitchens and 850 households in our warehouse representing a total of 1500 people.
