Run For Trey

Our mission is not only to remember a boy whose life was taken far too soon, but also to use his memory to benefit our communities near and far. The original goal to build a youth size major league baseball field and a top-notch concession stand has become a reality. The field stands as a symbol for the importance of making good life choices. Mary Kilar, Treyton’s mother, continues her efforts with speaking engagements throughout the year to educate on what destructive decisions can do.

Treyton’s Field of Dreams provides a wonderful place for the youth of the area to come and enjoy baseball, just as Treyton did. This year the field is hosting 5 baseball and 5 softball tournaments drawing teams from the surrounding communities as well as the weekly youth leagues.

The proceeds from the 14th Annual Run for Trey will be used to maintain the field through its endowment and fund the multiple scholarships that are given in Treyton's name.  Over the past 6 years your generous support has allowed more than $30,000 in scholarships to be given to students in the Walworth and Jefferson County area schools.  The benefit this field provides to the youth community teams, the visiting teams from around the region, and the students who benefit from Treyton’s Field of Dreams is truly amazing.

Run For Trey is the annual fundraiser for “Treyton’s Field of Dreams” which is a 501(c) organization.
