Gold Wave Marathon
The Marathon Project Gold Wave will consist of just 400 total participants. Athletes who have run under 3:30:00 for the marathon, 1:42:00 for the half marathon, 46:00 for 10k, or 22:00 for 5k may register and will be accepted.

Pro Marathon
The Marathon Project Professional Race will consist of 100 men and 100 women as selected by race organizers. Athletes who have run under 2:20:00 (M) and 2:42:00 (W) since January 1, 2022 may register and will be accepted. Equivalent performances at shorter distances may be used to meet the entry standards as well: Half Marathon: 1:07:00 (M) 1:18:00 (W), 10,000m or 10k: 31:00 (M) 36:00 (W), 5,000m or 5k: 14:30 (M) or 17:00 (W). Athletes who have run above these standards are encouraged to register for the Gold Wave.

The TMP 5k is open to runners of all ages and abilities. There are no entry standards or field size limits.
