First Steps - Training Program (Race Included)

Whether you are looking for something to do during quarantine or motivation to push yourself, this program will get you up and outside every day with different activities to help you achieve your goal.

You will receive weekly emails with a layout for how your week will look with daily mileage/activities. In addition, each week will provide other helpful tips from nutrition, warmups & stretching, and fun facts about every one's favorite past time: running!

This training program is meant for beginners who are looking to complete their very first 5 or 10k! By signing up for this program, you do not need to purchase the race edition as well. This program is meant to reward you at the end for taking the time to practice and become a stronger you.

Feel free to break this up however your heart desires into a combination of running and/or walking!

First Steps - 5K Fun Run/Walk

Whether you run or walk, or a little of both, get outside and enjoy the sunshine (so long as you are listening to your cities restrictions on social distancing)!
