Event: Summer Run Club (Fall Sports Conditioning - Grades 3-8)

Great for athletes who are preparing for Fall sports. One day a week, we go for a longer run on the trails after a warm up, core and strength work. On the other day, we will work on speed and agility. The goal is to nurture the joy for trail running, improve our aerobic capacity and gain some speed along the way. We complete a mile time trial at the first and last session.

Time & Day: 8:30am - 9:30am, Tuesdays and Thursdays

10 session: 7/9, 7/11, 7/16, 7/18, 7/23, 7/25, 7/30, 8/1, 8/6, 8/8

Minimum 12 participants to run.
