Water Station/Course Marshal 7:00 AM to Noon
Check in at registration and then proceed to course marshal or water station location. (Some water station 'teams' will not need to check in - just proceed to your designated station.)
Direct racers, assist with traffic control and keep course clean and safe. Course marshals should wear a safety vest while on the course. Not all shifts will last until noon.

Registration/Expo Area/Finish Assist 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Assist with setting up tents, finish chute, food area, registration tables etc. Man registration and packet pick up for athletes starting at 5:30 AM. Clean up registration area and keep food area(s) stocked and tidy. Dress in layers as it is usually chilly first thing in the morning and gets quite warm once the sun comes up!
