**How It Works**

R3 Run Club events are virtual, which means you choose when, where, and how you complete your miles. Walk, jog, run, use run/walk intervals, or mix it up along the way. Complete your miles outdoors, on a treadmill, at the gym, on a track, or anywhere that works for you.

There are no pace requirements or time limits. Follow the distance or challenge requirements for your event, but how you get there is up to you.

**Results & Sharing**

Submitting results is optional. You’re also welcome to share photos and experiences on the RunSignUp race page or social media, or send them directly to R3 Run Club for a chance to be featured on our pages.

**Shipping**

Unless otherwise noted in the event description, race swag typically ships within approximately one week of registration.
