Veterans Day 5

The 5 mile course starts in front of the Michigan Veteran Homes at Grand Rapids, and will take participants through Riverside Park and the beautiful Veterans cemetary prior to finishing back at the Home! Finisher medals will be provided and awards will be presented to the top five overall 12 and under boys and girls, top five overall men and women, and top five overall men and women masters participants during the SpartanNash Community Pancake Breakfast.

All registered participants will begin their untimed event in front of the Michigan Veteran Homes at Grand Rapids! Since the event is free of charge with no shirt included, a limited number of event shirts will be available for purchase during event check-in/late registration beginning at 6:30 a.m. on November 9 at the Home. Tickets to the SpartanNash Community Pancake Breakfast can also be purchased at that time or at the door for $5/person with all proceeds benefitting the Michigan Veteran Homes at Grand Rapids.

Run or walk your own virtual 5 mile event to commemorate Veterans Day from October 9-November 9, 2024! All participants registered by 11:59 pm on October 30 will receive a long-sleeve shirt and finisher medal which will be mailed to them event week.
