Ruthie Run Vendors
The YMCA is looking for local restaurants, organizations, businesses, artists, etc. for this year‘s Ruthie Run. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community and introduce any new events or products you may want to share!
Vendors are welcome to bring donations of food or products for the community to sample! Vendor set up time starts at 6AM. Roads will be closed for the run the morning of please keep that in mind when planning your setup. We recommend that all vendors are completely set up by 7:50 AM.
Vendor breakdown begins at 12PM and all vendors are responsible for cleaning up and leaving vendor space in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Vendors must provide their own table, chairs & pop-up tent. If you need a space larger than 12 x 12 please include those details on your registration form. Also include logistical needs such as electricity, etc.
