The 5K course is a 3.1 mile route through the 23rd Street East community neighborhoods. The streets are suitable for runners and walkers of all abilities.

5K PUSHCHAIR

This division is for the athletes riding in pushchairs supported by organizations like Team Hoyt Oklahoma, Ainsley's Angels, and the Oklahoma City Landrunners. Athletes who are serving as "pushers" should register in the regular 5K Run to be included in the open division.

Not going to run but would like to help out? We always have opportunities to help out for volunteers!

We simply ask that you register through the system for free so we can loop you into our communications. Thanks for your interest and we'll see you at the race!

Can't be with us on race day but still want to be part of the fun?
Do the run on your own time and post your results from race day through the following weekend
While we aren't able to mail packets, you or a friend can pick up your packet during the normal times. Simply let us know that you'll be running virtually and we'll get you a finisher medal as well!
