The 5K Run terrain is flat, fast, and suitable for participants of all abilities.

This division is for the athletes riding in pushchairs supported by organizations like Team Hoyt Oklahoma, Ainsley's Angels, and the Oklahoma City Landrunners. Athletes who are serving as "pushers" should register in the regular 5K Run to be included in the open division.

Can't be with us on race day but still want to be part of the fun? You can participate virtually! While we aren't able to mail packets, you or a friend can pick up your packet during the normal times. Simply let us know that you'll be running virtually and we'll get you a finisher medal as well!
