The 5K Run course Starts ad finishes at Fassler Hall in the heart of Midtown. The USATF certified course follows a gently rolling route through historic Heritage Hills and is suitable for runners of all ages and abilities.

5K Pushchair
This division is for the athletes riding in pushchairs supported by organizations like Team Hoyt Oklahoma, Ainsley's Angels, and the Oklahoma City Landrunners. Athletes who are serving as "pushers" should register in the regular 5K Run to be included in the open division.

5K Virtual Run
The Virtual 5K option is for those who can't join us on race day. While we aren't able to mail packets, you can have friends and family pick up for you. Virtual runners will be able to post results on Sunday October 6th.
