Activity Challenge
you goal here is to do any activity that you like 3 times in the week. You can run, walk, bike, do an online fitness class, weight work, even rake the grass! Just get up and get moving!

Kids Activity Challenge
Get the kids out and moving! They need to do 3 fitness activities of at least 30 min during the week. Anything that they like to do. A bike ride, go for a run or a walk. Rake the grass, play soccer, anything at all! The idea is to commit to the plan and do it!
